Purchasing any donation package from "SaigNet" indicates you agree to the following Terms of Service and fully understand them:

• You understand that, since we invest donation proceeds back into maintaining and upgrading all services affiliated with "SaigNet," we are unable to give refunds and thus have a strict no-refund policy on all donation packages with no exceptions at all under any circumstances.

•  After purchasing a donation package, you will be treated no differently than a regular user would be. If you abuse or misuse any perks granted via a donation package, they can be removed from you. We also withhold all rights to remove any items/perks you have obtained via donating to "SaigNet" at any time.

• We withhold all rights to the sum of any contribution you have made to "SaigNet" if you break any of our rules, resulting in you being banned from our Garry's Mod server, your donation package and all perks that come with it will remain on your account but be inaccessible for the length of your ban.

• You understand that it is not permitted by us to chargeback any donation package, but if, regardless of this fact, you decide to attempt a chargeback via PayPal, this is considered scamming and is illegal.

• You agree that the funds used to purchase any donation package on "SaigNet" will either be your money (belonging to you) or you will have the full consent of the person to use their funds to purchase your donation package. 

• You will make sure you understand what the donation package you are purchasing grants you and understand that you will be granted only what is listed, no more, no less.

• We withhold the right to edit these Terms of Service at any time without giving any notification of us doing so; it is your responsibility to keep updated with our Terms of Service.

BY PROCEEDING WITH ANY TRANSACTION ON "SAIGNET," YOU GIVE INDICATION YOU AGREE TO ALL THE  ABOVE TERMS.
